Paula has years of customer service experience. She also has great personal experience purchasing and selling homes, investment properties, and vacation properties, most of which required alternative financing. She clearly remembers the overwhelming feelings as a young, single woman obtaining her first mortgage, and again, more recently, when she refinanced to fulfill her dream of having a cottage on the water. This combined experience has led Paula to the mortgage industry. She is passionate about educating clients on the current real estate terminology and helping to outline the different options available to them, many of which home buyers are unaware. Paula hears a high level of doubt expressed around ever owning a home or buying a dream vacation property, and this is where she gets excited with what she calls her “out-of-the-box” thinking. She researches alternatives, finds solutions and creates plans that help her clients achieve their real estate goals. This is what Paula loves to do and is good at.

Paula spent most of her life in Kitchener-Waterloo, where she purchased and sold several homes, and moved to Sauble Beach in 2019 where she is firmly planted in real estate.
