Gil Villatoro, a mortgage broker with 17 years of experience in banking and financing, dedicated to helping clients make confident financial decisions and build long-term strategies for owning property and growing wealth. He specializes in structuring financing across all types of properties, including investment and commercial opportunities, with a focus on creating solutions that align with each client’s goals and long-term financial plan. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, & now in London, Ontario, he grew up playing baseball, which taught him the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, qualities he brings into my work every day. Outside of mortgages, Gil enjoys spending time on the golf course, traveling to new destinations, and embracing the experiences that come with a balanced lifestyle. He’s passionate about building meaningful relationships, both professionally and personally, and believe success is about more than numbers, it’s about strategy, opportunity, and enjoying the journey.
